Our Loyalty Program’s Best Guest tier
Each new travel season starts with active reminiscing of the past season: what we did well and need to continue doing, the lessons learnt and what needs changing or adjusting. Most importantly though we think about the people we hosted and the friendships that we forged.
To celebrate these friendships which go beyond hotel hosting into the more inspiring utopian realms of heartfelt hospitality in a borderless world, we created the concept of Best Guest.
And now is the time when our Best Guests will start receiving, by email, their personalised awards!
At a first reading, Best Guest is the ultimate tier of our Loyalty program, a status conferred to guests who we feel are perfectly suited to our hotel. As such, the Best Guest award offers experiences which will make their stay in Greece even more extraordinary! Being a Best Guest means that next time these special guests visit us we will organise for them a surprise event or experience that will make their stay here truly special and memorable. At a second reading, Best Guest is an acknowledgment that hosting is more than providing or seeking accommodation. It is forging a connection with a place and its people, adjusting one’s habitual viewpoint to take into account a wider worldview, enlarging one’s understanding of humanity both from the position of local and from the position of traveler. Ultimately it is an acknowledgment that these hosts and these guests were willing to experience something deeper together, to share an authentic human moment, beyond borders and nationalities.
