The Program:
Pick up at meeting point in Diakofto
Transport by cog train to Kalavryta
Introduction the the history of Greek wines inside the train, with a glass of wine
Walk in the picturesque mountain city of Kalavryta
Transport by private minivan to the monastery Mega Spilaio and visit of the monastery
Visit to the vineyards of the winery “Mega Spilaio” and private wine tasting of 5 wines
Lunch in a traditional restaurant or picnic in the vineyard
Coffee stop at a traditional coffee shop (optional)
Return to Diakofto by private minivan
Duration: 8 hours
