Day trip with River Trekking & Lake Swimming<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a unique excursion experience, offered by the travel community Greekly<\/a>, which we love to talk about and to suggest to our guests. We tried it ourselves with family, friends and guests a couple of years ago and have become real fans!<\/p>\n

The excursion started right here at Daphne\u2019s Club after a quick morning swim in the sea and a hearty breakfast. A scenic seaside drive followed by a picturesque mountain drive got\u00a0us up to the mountain, to the mythological River Stix<\/a>. From this point we\u00a0river-trekked for 30 minutes, stopping to jump into the natural pools created by the river. Then we arrived at the waterfall and played around like the children that we are, at heart! After\u00a0trekking back to our cars and a short drive down the mountain we arrived at Lake Tsivlos (more about Lake Tsivlos here<\/a>). We\u00a0could be in the Swiss Alps! Located 800m above sea level and surrounded by fir trees, this lake is an oasis of coolness during the summer! The day’s second swim in fresh water watered our appetite and soon enough we had a very nice lunch at the lakeside restaurant \u201cParadise\u201d. The day’s last swim was in the blue waters of the Gulf of Corinth right next to Daphne’s Club!<\/p>\n
